RETURNS

 

If the goods you receive are damaged in delivery, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Please take photographs to show the damaged packaging and damaged goods and email to: a.fitzmaurice@guardiantools.co.uk  Goods must then be returned in 21 days from notification.

 

If you receive defective goods, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. We will offer a refund or replacement goods (excluding the postage) if returned within 21 days from notification.

 

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods. We will offer a refund, less the postage charge. Contact us by email and we will issue a return form for you to fill in and send back with the product/s within 21 days from notification.

 

Unless the goods are damaged during delivery, you may only have a refund or replacement goods providing the return goods are sealed, unopened and in a re-saleable condition. Please send with a proof of purchase to: Returns, Unit 1 Rivermead Industrial Estate, Dean Road Yate UK BS37 5NH.  This does not affect any UK statutory rights.
